1Power-cycle hub — from the dashboard

The farm host card's daemon controls gain a Power-cycle hub action: it cuts & restores power to the whole USB hub through the office smart plug — from anywhere the dashboard is. The same power_cycle_farm_hub action just recovered the fleet from 3 → 11 phones online in one cycle.

Cuts and restores power to the USB hub via the office smart plug. Every phone on this hub briefly replugs and re-onboards (~1–2 minutes offline).
